The primary purpose of the CARS® National Certification Program is to create professional industry standards for helping a recovery agent manage the inherent risks associated with the self-help repossession process. It is designed to increase the level of expertise and professionalism for these agents and to help ensure public safety. This course is accepted in all 50 states and by all major financial institutions and national forwarders.

This is the CARS Financial Client annual training. The passing grade of the final exam is a 75% or better.
